2001- present time
Ph.D. research at the Department of Applied Mathematics, Delft University of Technology (Delft, The Netherlands). Supervisor and Ph.D. thesis advisor: Prof. A.J.Hermans. The subject is "Interaction of Floating Elastic Plates and Water Waves". The objective of research is to develop an approach to do hydroelastic analysis of the plate-water interaction and justify it. With use of the approach the problem of the water waves diffraction on the floating plate is solved for different geometrical shapes of the plate and other physical parameters of the problem.
1995-2001
The resarch in the period of under- and post-graduate study. Department of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Dnepropetrovsk State University. Supervisor and M.Sc. thesis advisor: Prof. V.V.Loboda. The subject of the research was "The Crack Propagation in Materials". The objective was to describe a stress-strain state of the plates with an interface crack(s) along the fixed edge(s) under bending load.
Publications 15 papers, including 5 papers published in the reviewed scientific journals, 5 papers in the proceedings of international conferences and 5 abstract papers for the conferences.

Resume

    Alexey Andrianov was born in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine (former USSR) on October 16, 1977. In 1994 he obtained the school-leaving certificate and entered at the Dnepropetrovsk State University (Department of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics). In 1995 he started a research work in the field of Mechanics of Destruction under supervision of Prof. V.V.Loboda. In June 1999 he defended his Master thesis "The Investigation of a Strip with Interface Cracks along the Fixed Edges under Bending Load" and obtained M.Sc. in Mechanics and Applied Mathematics. He continued the research work in Dnepropetrovsk State University till December 2000.
    From January 2001 Alexey Andrianov follows a Ph.D. research program at Department of Applied Mathematics, Delft University of Technology in Delft, The Netherlands. He works on the project "The Interaction between Very Large Floating Structures and Water Waves" under supervision of Prof. A.J.Hermans. The research is related to Hydrodynamics and Applied Mathematics.

Resume of Alexey Andrianov

I was born in Dnepropetrovsk (Dniepropetrovsk), Ukraine (former USSR) on October, 16 1977. I lived there till 2001, besides August, 13 - November, 8 1985 wheh my family stayed in academic city Chernogolovka near Moscow, Russia. From January, 9 2001 I live in Delft, The Netherlands.
Both of my parents are scientists. Valentina Lesnichaya, my mother, and Igor Andrianov, my father, have scientific degree of Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences. They are the authors of books and publications on Mechanics of Solids, Applied Mathematics, Asymptotics and Dynamics.
My younger brother Vladimir Belenko studies at Moscow Engineering-Physical Institute.
From September, 1 1984 till June, 24 1994 I was following the education in primary and secondary schools no. 14, no. 23 and Lycee for information technologies in Dnepropetrovsk and school no. 82 in Chernogolovka, Russia.
At September, 1 1994, after finishing the school, I entered at the Department of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Dnepropetrovsk State University, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
I studied the following basic courses: Mathematical Analysis, Linear Algebra, Analytical Geometry, Differential Equations, Equations of Mathematical Physics, Theoretical Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Theory of Elasticity, Theory of Plasticity, Theory of Stability, Theory of Vibrations, Mechanics of Destruction and other common and special courses.
In October 1995 I have started a research work in the field of Mechanics of Destruction under supervision of Prof. V.V.Loboda. The subject of my Master thesis (Diplowa work) was: "The Investigation of a Strip with Interface Cracks along the Fixed Edges under Bending Load". In June, 22 1999 I have got the degree Master of Science on Mechanics and Applied Mathematics.
From July, 1 1999 till December, 15 2000 I was following post-graduate education and research work with Prof.V.V.Loboda. Results of our work were presented on 4th EuroMECH (Metz, June, 26-30 2000) and three papers published in Ukrainian scientific journals.
From January, 10 2001 I follow Ph.D. program at Department of Applied Mathematical Analysis of Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands, under supervision of Prof. A.J.Hermans. The subject of research is "The Interaction of Large Floating structures with Water Waves".
Results of our work have been published in the papers in the journals Marine Structure and Journal of Fluids and Structures and presented at the international conferences: IWWWFBs (Cambridge, April, 14-17 2002; Le Croisic, France, April, 6-9 2003; Cortona, Italy, March, 28-31 2004; Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, Norway, May, 29 - June, 1 2005), Days on Diffraction (St.Petersburg, Russia, June,  5-8 2002; June, 24-27 2003; June, 29 - July, 2 2004), Advanced Problems in Mechanics (Repino, Russia, June, 24 - July, 1 2004). In October 2004 I have started working on my doctoral dissertation. The subject is: "Hydroelasticity of Very Large Floating Flexible Platforms".
In total I have 16 publications, including 5 journal papers, 6 papers in the confereneces' proceedings and 5 abstracts for the conferences.

In the period September, 22 1997 - December, 8 2000 I have worked at Information and Publishing Agency Makkol, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine as the designer for an advertisement, newspapers and internet.
